About Us

Beaver Creek Area Association of REALTORS® is an organization dedicated to promoting private property ownership rights and to increasing the professionalism of our agents within the association.

Chartered in 1941 as the East Liverpool Board of REALTORS, the association has served Columbiana County as the “voice of Real Estate” for 73 continuous years.  Our name was changed to Beaver Creek Area Association of REALTORS® in 2002.  The REALTOR  “R” (signifying membership in the National Association of REALTORS®), requires our members to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.

It has evolved from a board of Brokers with about 13 members, formed to share information, to an all REALTOR board of 125 members today.  Bounded by two state lines and two larger boards, BCAAR has chosen to remain small and to serve its members and the community at a much more personal level.

With this website, it is our hope that we can better serve both our members and the public.
